How do I register my Carpay account?

• Please click the link you were sent via email or text message.
• Once you click the link, it will prompt you to complete your registration by filling in your information and setting up your username and password.
• Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Carpay.
• Click Register.

What if I did not receive an email or text message?

• Visit https://pay.carpay.com/.
• Click on “First Time User”.
• From there you can enter the last four digits of your social security number and your last name.
• Once you have made your first payment in Carpay, you will be able to register your account.
• You can also request a registration code from your lender and click “I have a registration code” online or in the Carpay Mobile app.

How to Register in the Carpay Mobile App:

• Download the Carpay mobile application.
• Click on the button “Guest Login.”
• Click on “Register Now.”
• Enter your Registration Code, email, and set a password.
• Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Carpay.
• Click on “Register Now” towards the bottom of the screen.

You will only need to register once. After you register, you can easily manage multiple accounts all in one place, view payment history, and save payment information securely.
